We grow vines across an area of 55 hectares (135 acres).

Although we’ve already been leaving natural grass cover, composting and working the soil since 1999; after further trials, discussions on organic farming methods and especially training in bio-dynamics, we were so convinced this was the right way to go that we just went for it.
The vineyard is enriched with manure and tilled but otherwise left wild.
We apply special kinds of ‘infusions’, Bordeaux mix and sulphur as treatments against oidium (powdery mildew). Mites and other harmful insects are fought off by the vines’ natural defences.
