Etce Terra Red is located on a soil of gravelly gravel and clay based on falun weathering (Miocene sedimentary soil, about 15 million years.) A yield of 32 hectares per hectare, the harvest was carried out on October 09, 2015. Destemming, the harvest remained 6 weeks in maceration in terracotta jars for the realization of the alcoholic fermentation. After pressing, the juices are poured into these same terracotta jars for malolactic fermentation. After a stay of 10 months in these jars, the wine will be bottled without filtration and without added sulphites.
